The Genesis of Jesus
What God started in Genesis He begins again in the New Covenant. Adam, created with the very breath of God was tasked with keeping the weeds out of the Garden, creating a place of sanctuary & peace, and to fill the earth with people – God’s family. God reopened the place of peace & tranquility to us with Jesus, and we’re tasked with multiplying life – Kingdom life – in…
Chariots and Horses (Zech Part 9)
In Zechariah 6 God reveals to us that warfare will surround the church – but we are part of God’s conquering force. Whatever we need in battle, God will supply. Scripture: Zech 6:1, Rev 6:1-4, Matt 10:16-38
Weights and Measures (Zech Part 8)
Religion says we can only gain Heaven by keeping the law. God has a plan that cannot fail – a new man inside who receives direction directly from God who changes us from the inside out. He has given us His blood and His leadership so we can’t fail – but our standard must be His Word, His voice. We have the truth – we just need our Bible and a living relationship with…
Identity, Subjection, Success (Zech 4) (Part 7)
Zechariah is telling us about Jesus 600 years before He’s born, about the coming covenant relationship. He’s looking back at what couldn’t be seen – and forward towards what they couldn’t understand. Look back at ministries of Elijah and Moses – the 2 anointed ministries – what did they tell us? …
Potential Unleashed (Zech Part 3)
We have this Word, full of promises, that we can stand on that reveals to us all the things that we can do in His strength. It’s not about how we feel – it’s about the absolute truth that is our foundation. God has ordained for us to walk in victory.
Glory of the Latter House (Haggai)
God had a better idea than the stone temple. He moved inside His people to change our thinking. He created lively stones who would hold themselves accountable to the Word of God. We will be a visible temple for all the world to see – living in the full stature of Christ Jesus.
Lay Aside Every Weight (Hebrews)
The Book of Hebrews serves as a reminder to us to go back to the foundations of what Christianity is. Our relationship with an indwelling God who directs our path daily as we yield to Him sets us free from bondage to the law. We can lay aside the weight of trying to get ourselves to heaven. Faith in His promises reassures us that as long as we stay in relationship with…
What Is Your Origin?
Pastor Ricley preaches on the book of Nahum and its significance for the hour we’re living in. This is a time of decision – the world or Jesus? In or out? Earthly minded or heavenly minded? Born of man or of God?
Victory Through Surrender
Jeremiah brought one last opportunity to God’s people for obedience before judgment. There was so much confusion over who was telling the truth most of the people were unable and unwilling to hear and were lost. Those who heard the truth and obeyed were saved. Our victory is assured through surrender.
The Will To Do His Will
There are two spiritual kingdoms – the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan. The desire to do His will is the ingrained evidence of God’s indwelling presence. The new man would want to do what pleases God. The old man cannot because it’s not under His dominion. If I want to do His will, He will lead me because I’m not in conflict with Him.
